Farming and Ranching is the backbone of the Big Horn Basin. With Ward and Rick’s experience as Master Service Technicians and the addition of Ryan’s many years of parts and customer service experience, the Tractor Guys team has nearly 100 years of combined experience. This is an invaluable asset to an area with immense agricultural needs and something that sets us apart from the competition.
Tractor Guys, Inc. provides an expertise in scheduling, problem solving, and troubleshooting your repair needs. Diagnosing the issue—whether it be in the shop or in the field—and making the repairs in a timely fashion so you are back up and running as quickly as possible is our number one priority. We strive to achieve this by finding the most affordable and best solution to your repair needs. Ward, Rick, and Ryan have spent years locating the best sources available to acquire quality repair parts at the most affordable prices. Their commitment to solving customer’s problems is second to none and has created repeat customers for years.
Ward’s specialty has always been Ford/New Holland equipment; however, with a career that has spanned 40 years, there are not many products, parts, or lines he doesn’t possess some type of knowledge in. With many years spent in the field and 22 years as Gibbon’s Company Service Manager, Ward understands and responds to the needs of the customers.
Rick Mead, Master Technician
Rick’s veins bleed John Deere Green, as he began his career in the family-owned John Deere franchise, Mead & Son’s, Inc., located here in Worland and then operated his own ag-repair business. Rick has spent his career specializing in John Deere diagnosis, parts, and repairs, but also with a career spanning nearly 40 years, there are few products he can’t fix.
Ryan Decker, General Manager & Junior Partner
Born and raised in Worland, Ryan Decker has brought his family back from the Cheyenne area to settle in the Big Horn Basin. With over 21 years of experience in parts, sales, and service in the ag and construction fields, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge to the Tractor Guys team. He started his parts career working with Ward at Gibbons Company, and during his time away from the Basin he worked with Case, Caterpillar, and Komatsu equipment, among others. The majority of his time away from home was spent working for CAT, and Ryan has experience in nearly every aspect of the equipment business, including parts manager, service manager, product support representative, and sales. Customer service is at the heart of what Ryan does, and now that he is back in Worland, his goal is to help the longevity of Tractor Guys and successfully serve local customers while introducing people to the value of Kioti tractors.
